2. You place your order online and send it to your smlpack address by adding your smlpack member #.
3. You go to your smlpacks account and sent a pre-alert of your order online including the invoice of the order(s) you just placed online.
4. Our office in the USA or EUROPE receive your package, and send you and email with your invoice .
The invoice will be either from FEDEX, DHL or UPS with a charge and date to deliver to your door.
5. We ship your package the same day we receive your payment.
